Monday, Wednesday and Friday or

Tuesday, Thursday

Important Information for 2008 – 09 School Year

Ø Tentative Parent Meeting - Thursday August 14, 2008

Ø 6:30 p.m. ECC Building Tour

Ø 7:00 p.m. Meeting (Main Building)

Ø A $20.00 supply fee will be collected for the 20087 – 2009 school year. This fee will be due at the parent meeting in August and will include a SSMJ Preschool tee shirt.

Ø Any paper work that has not been completed and returned should be turned in on this day. Please check with the staff to see what if any, paperwork is missing.

· Back Pack large enough for folder & lunch box (no wheels)

· Shoe Box with a Change of Clothes

· Lunch Box for Snack

· 24 Cans of Pop for Pop Sale, to be sent in February

Fun at Home Activities for Fine Motor Movement

-Tearing newspaper into strips and then crumpling them into balls. Use to stuff a scarecrow or other art creation.

- Scrunching up one sheet of newspaper in one hand.

- Using a plant sprayer to spray plants. In the winter add food coloring and spray the snow to make snow monsters/animals.

-Shaking dice by cupping the hands together, forming an empty air space between the palms.
